Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

International Shipping

We are going to level with you guys customs, duties and taxes suck, we deal with them on a daily basis. Because of the large variability from country to country, state to state, province to province we simply cannot account for all the different variables. So on all orders any import customs, duties, taxes, VATs, tariffs or brokerage fees are not included in the price paid for product. In our experience International orders are often subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT) in which DIrty Fraser is not responsible for.

Returns Policy

We want you to have just as much confidence in our products as we do! On the off chance you are not 100% satisfied within the first 14 days since purchase we will refund you no questions asked. We understand that buying products online sight un seen can be difficult. We offer this return policy to make you choosing Dirty Fraser that much easier. Unfortunately, we aren't Costco so we ask that all products be in the same condition received and in the original packaging.

International Return Policy

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. Gambit cannot refund shipping charges and or any other charges incurred from customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Dirty Fraser upon delivery will be rejected.
